the talk of serious, gut-wrenching performances has already put me into award season overload.
I want some smart and funny this holiday season. I think I want to see this at an actual movie theater place. The whole “Not til Christmas Day” part is a bit annoying, though. I wanna laugh now. Thx.

I was watching Frost/Nixon last week. It’s a thoroughly engaging movie, chock full of information and nuance about a tumultuous period in our history. Yet, I was distracted and fascinated by a quick aside. David Frost was engaged to Diahann Carroll in the early 70s. Of course, I go from Wiki to Netflix in just a few clicks. I need to see Claudine, ’cause it’s been ages.
Here’s a little piece of Diahann Carroll’s Oscar-nominated performance. I have to wait until tomorrow for the full experience. No mail today.
